New Star Inn Bar & Lounge is more than just a neighborhood spot—it’s a place built on decades of community, connection, and heart.

Since the late 1980s, Myong Cha and Joe Adamiak proudly owned and operated New Star Inn, creating a welcoming space where friends gathered, stories were shared, and lasting memories were made. Their dedication, warmth, and commitment to their customers turned the bar into a true local staple.

In 2025, Joe passed, followed by Myong in 2026. While their loss is deeply felt, their spirit continues to live on within these walls.

Today, their daughter Tina, alongside her husband John, and with the support of her Aunt Sonny, Charlene, and Jocelyn, carries forward the legacy her parents built. With the same passion and appreciation for community, they are committed to honoring Myong and Joe’s vision, keeping New Star Inn a place where everyone feels at home.
